Food was pretty good. The steak wasn’t anything to write home about and definitely needed more sauce and seasoning. That fried rice though was near perfect. I’ve only had better fried rice eating home cooked by people who have made it for decades. The spring rolls were also incredibly good. They were perfectly cooked and delicious. The mango lemonade is probably the best drink I’ve ever gotten anywhere around here.

My only two gripes are directly related to the service. It took five minutes just to place my order because the girl taking it kept getting distracted. I had to wait minutes in between telling her the items I wanted because she couldn’t focus long enough to write down my three items. I got no confirmation of my order, no eye contact, no receipt, and no estimate of when my food may be done. It was infuriating trying to interact with her. Add to that I wound up waiting in the parking lot for 50 minutes for a three item order. Do yourself a favor and just call...

I decided to try this food truck after seeing really great reviews on Door Dash. Even the seemingly crankier folks said great things. I’ve ordered a few times now. The steak is amazing. The grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce is delicious. Their fried rice is even superior! As for the serving sizes, they’re perfect and I always have leftovers! My favorite so far is the grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce and fried rice. One fitful with rice, chicken and veggies is bliss. Food trucks can be really impressive, usually the ones with lines down the street in bigger cities are best. This one would give them all a run for their money, and it’s right here in Bakerton? We’ve been here multiple times and always had a positive experience. Sadly, this evening did not match and management was beyond inexcusable. I placed an online order at 5:56 PM with a pick up ETA of 20 minutes for 6:16 PM. We arrived 5 min late and the order had not even been started. We were provided a buzzer and still no food 20 minutes later. When asked for an ETA they continued to say they were bagging. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, asked again and they provided a second buzzer. When original buzzer went off, entree was left off. We did receive a partial refund for that. Upon returning home the veggie rolls and crab ragoon was colder than the mango lemonade and no sauce was provided for sushi.
