Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Harrah

I usually come here and honestly the food is great but the service last night was well below par ...to start off all the employees were so busy playing around the neglected to inform us of our order being done a whole 40 min of waiting patiently then checking the pizzas( of course cold by now) was already tired of waiting and just wanted to eat get to the house with my family and the cheese sticks taste like cinnamon so I call to try to resolve the issue and the manager told me there is no way to get the cinnamon taste out of them and said there was nothing she could do...mind you I spent 45 dollars and gave a 5 dollar tip and as I stated we go there often and spend at least that amount... definitely a big disappointment I will give the store a call and hope to talk...

Ordered with them for the 3rd time last night and even with me putting in the notes for them to put normal topping on stromboli that it actually always comes with, they still didn't. Ordered extra pepperoni and didn't get that either. I will not be back, I will go to pecan valley or try the one in Choctaw. It's worth the drive to pecan valley, because they make oooey gooey and never skimp on what it comes with. My grandkids & I stopped in bc we needed a quick dinner after soccer practice, but also a place to finish homework. It was an hour til closing, but none of the staff had an attitude about it, as I've experienced in other places close to closing. Staff were friendly, orders were correct, they even checked back on us to be sure everything was OK & if we needed anything else. Let me tell ya, nothing motivates the completion of homework like a fresh, hot, BEAUTIFUL pizza staring one in the face! The pizza was amazing; we all enjoyed it immensely.
