For every INDIVIDUAL ORDER I make that is messed up/beyond disappointing I’m happy to leave another review. And I feel as though it is not fraudulent if it’s reviews for each, individual, order. Lord knows I’ve got enough google accounts anyway cause I refuse to sift through spam emails all the time. So again: -Put the amount of whatever we ask for extra on, charging whatever for the extra. Don’t make it LOOK like extra while using the same amount as usual. -fries are never fresh -auto generated responses to negative reviews are not helpful. -I’m stubborn, and want what I want, and am happy to pay what’s necessary to get the item I want + extra. Adding extra takes two seconds and we never come during crazy rushes so I’m not massively inconveniencing workers or other customers. So I will keep ordering my craving, and will keep being upset when my order isn’t right, and will keep leaving reviews for every order that’s not...

I ordered a Coke and a Coke Zero, but they did not mark the drinks. When I asked the car hop which was which, she said she did not know. I politely asked her to remake them and explained that I should not have to taste everyone’s drink to figure out which one belongs to whom. She acted puzzled and said she would ask the manager, but then she came back and told me he was too busy to talk to me. This is terrible service. They always get something wrong, even after several tries. This has been my experience at this location.

Calling them is no better. When I got home and found out there was something wrong with my order, I called them, but the call got dropped for some reason. When I called again, they did not answer. I drove back to the parking lot and saw that there were no other customers, but the staff were just goofing around. They ignored the phone. This place is a joke. I wish Harrah had more restaurants, so Sonic could go out...

I always love going to Sonic it's just like the good old days without a theater. My mama worked at the drive in Sonic like over on Kickapoo and Shawnee oh back in 1950 something she roller skated out to the vehicle and it always reminds me of Mama makes the food taste better remembering the good old days but it's always really good at Sonic I love it can't wait to be back give me some more mozzarella cheese sticks and a big fat double baconcheeseburger with that large order of fries a big diet Dr pepper with lots of their crunchy ice and a nice long straw with ketchup and any flavor of goodies in the little packets. The girls are always oops I mean the people guys and girls are always so sweet. Love you guys...
