The food is good and a service is good. However every time I've tried to call in an order they never seem to be able to answer their phone. I have even set in their parking lot in my car at a moment they were not busy and made a phone call using my cellphone ,what was the end result of this, they still did not answer the phone why is this? Maybe the only one employees working at that time was on a legitimate and well deserved break who knows. . Although for the past 3 days now I have tried to call in my order but to no avail this has became very frustrating so , I have came to a conclusion I am not going to buy any more food from subway until they answer the phone and take my order. There have been many times I have had to resort in redirecting my call in order to Subway in Newalla even though that Subway is there times the distance, So this is nothing new . Newalla Subway has never missed a chance to answer their phone. Even at times they seem to be very busy. Something I would love to see the Harrah Subway strive to achieve . I would like to add that Harrah subway has really wonderful food, made very well. Most of time I do believe it's because they're understaffed, and that the owner should think about allowing more people to work on a shift. I don't know How many times I have made the trip down to the Harrah Subway and they have been slammed, lots of people in line, more people coming in and the drive thru packed. Read moreA few months ago we ordered on the app and went to pick it up and they were out of bread! I was so mad that I stopped going to subway at all! Well it’s been months later and I placed an order for my family for dinner tonight and get there and I’ll be damned if there is 1 person working who was so rude and mad that I had ordered 7 sandwiches then tells me he is out of chicken and out of cold cuts. This is the worst Subway the store manager if it’s the same one as last time is a nasty and rude person who was pissed off that I was complaining she even told me to get the hell out of her drive thru! Read moreI used to have a good experience here up until a couple of months ago. This place has fell down the hole pretty quickly. I have been coming here for over a year & they used to take drive thru orders. Now, suddenly they don’t. Several times I have went in & they simply ignored a line full of people or didn’t have anything laid out.
