When placing an order online I got an error when using my debt card. So thinking I put in the wrong number, I tried using my card again. After the same error the third time I entered a credit card, thinking that it was an issue with my bank. I got the same error for a third time. That's when I got a notice from my credit card that the charge went through. I checked my debt card account and was charged twice there as well. A total of almost $38 EACH TIME. I call the store to have them cancel the charges and after speaking to the "manager" I was told that they had no order and that there was nothing he could do about it. The debt card charges will be automatically back in my account in 3 days. For the credit card I had to call my credit card company and report the charges as fraudulent. After voicing my concern that I was out almost $100 and was waiting for an automated system to hopefully put the money back in my account, I was rudely interrupted by the "manager" and told "what I wasn't getting is that there's nothing he can do about it and it wasn't their fault".
I was told to call 1-800-Dominos to handle my complaint. That turns out to be an automated system that says contact your store or submit a ticket online.
Long story short is that the employees have absolutely need customer service training. Apparently another family member had the same double charge on their account as well and was spoken to rudely, in a recent incident themselves.
After I get my money back I will make sure no one visits this sad excuse for a location again. It's a shame really.
Hopefully no one else has to go through this experience again. Don't go here. Don't place an online order. Worst...

I told the manager that no ones been here and this was not the first time getting dominos delivered to my house. My pizza was delivered to the wrong house and someone got free pizza today on me. So no delivery after 5 p.m. The main reason customers order pizza is because they do not feel like cooking dinner. This location limits my options to pizza for breakfast or pizza for lunch. I work a 9-5 job so pizza for any meal other than dinner is out of the question. According to this franchise I'm better off without pizza and to be honest that is fine with me. 11 bucks in food and another 9 in charges and tip.
