Went in to get coffee light and sweet and six donuts get my coffee I noticed there would a bunch of donuts piled on top of each other on the rack in the open look like they were about to get thrown away maybe because of the date issue Donuts in the case look good thought about to get the donuts in the case they went to the pile of donuts that were stacked on top of each other to get me six donuts I told them I do not want the donuts that are stacked on top of each other because they're in the open and they look like they're about to throw them away they refuse to give me the donuts out of the case and wanted me to get the donuts that was piled on top of each other. When she refused to give me the ones in the case I asked for my money back an left good thing I make it a habit to go inside to see how my stuff is prepared. If you get anything from there make sure you go in because if not you will have food that's meant to be...

Consistently getting order wrong and leaving items out(at minimum 6 times since March 2020) the final straw is when they got my order wrong AGAIN and when my father went to correct THEIR mistake they threw out food. How hard is it to read from a screen and make sure something is correct? I’m baffled at the level of incompetency at this location and how they always fail to correct THEIR ERRORS!!! Do NOT come here if you plan on getting a correct order- they can’t even do that. This is a consistent problem which they fail to correct. Corporate needs to come in and teach them how to read a screen and ensure people’s orders are correct. It doesn’t take a college degree to do simple basic tasks such as check before an order is being given to someone. I’ll be going out of my way to get Starbucks...

I went in this morning at 6:20 a.m. and walked in. There were no other inside customrs and only one person in the drive-thru lane. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. Paid $4.59. They gave me my sandwich very quickly. When I went to open the bag in my car, I immediately smelled a bad burn smell. Opening up the sandwich, I found that the croissant was almost 1/4 burned BLACK. And the sandwich was BARELY warm, like they just heated it for a few seconds. This is intolerable for a place that had over four workers behind the counter and NO OTHER customers inside. I had this happen before. Will NOT be returning.
