Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Harrisburg

Good food, but the service is so horrible that it's not worth it. Delivery takes over an hour everytime, and today the driver didn't even bother to come to the door but texted "Pizza boli outside" and called me repeatedly from a Massachusetts number. I looked out the window and they were sitting right in front of my house, but didn't answer the phone when I tried to call them back several times, and just drove off after a few mins. I called the store and was told "we've been having problems with delivery drivers so they are not allowed to come to the door anymore" - THIS DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF DELIVERY....if I wanted to leave my house I wouldn't have ordered DELIVERY. Also, what kind of "problems" would make you not allow your drivers to go to customers doors??? Makes you wonder. He then proceeds to put me on hold and never come back on the line. The driver then texts me that he brought the wrong order and will be back "in mins". 30 minutes later he finally brings our food. Absolutely horrible, will never spend...

I placed an order tonight that costed me 50 dollars. They told me I was only gonna wait 30-45 minutes, well that was a lie. I ended up waiting about an hour and a half. To top it off they didn’t give me my cheese steak fries. Then I called to complain and the manager constantly called me a liar. Stating that he has camera proof that the fries went out. Well, I didn’t get them if they did. Then he had put me on hold while he checked to see if they actually went out and got back on the phone saying to me “ I will have them sent over right now.” I then said to him that he owed me an apology for calling me a liar. He then proceeded to say, “You know what nevermind we are not bringing them out, have a good night.” And hung up on me. So now am I now outta my fries but also outta my money for the 8 dollar fries. Customer service is terrible here. Even after being nice and still tipping my driver. I would never order here again nor suggest it to anyone. Pizza Boli's manager, Zubair, was so kind and made my order again to deliver to me since I am hospital bound with a high risk pregnancy. I ordered a cheese pizza and french fries with a Dr. Pepper. My order was stolen by the DoorDash driver but the amazing owner who took my call inquiring about it made my food again and wished me a safe delivery of my baby. To say that my faith in humanity was restored is an understatement. This hungry pregnant lady is extremely satisfied with the kindness and generosity of their customer service. I highly recommend Pizza Boli's to anyone in the Harrisburg area. The food is delicious and clearly made with love. The service I experienced tonight was unexpected and so refreshing.
