Bob's Sub — Restaurant in Harrison Township

Drove home with phoned in order and discover after paying $21 that I was given the wrong order. I called and was told 'that's what we wrote down'. No apology. In no language does 2 steak hoagies sound like 1 steak and 1 buffalo chicken. So again I say, I did not order a buffalo chicken, still no apology. He puts a supposed manager on the phone who answers with a childlike hello, giggling in the background by a male and then I also hear him saying hello like a little girl, she tells me the same thing, that's what was written down. Then I'm told bring back the chicken and will give you something else. So I guess this girl thinks I'm going to eat the sandwich and want something for free. I called back to ask for owners name and more giggling, pretending they can't hear me, and I'm given the name, Annalisa. That's all, just Annalisa. So I paid $21 drove 40 minutes round trip to be called a liar. Awesome...

Got a tuna and Swiss and a turkey and Swiss 2 slices of turkey and little tuna smothered in mayo, but the buns were good. Went back 11/5/22 6:45 pm ordred 2 subs plain no dress no mayo but they gave me both Bob's way and charged me to a ice tea I didn't order 23.79 for food Bob's way not the way I ordered them. The dude was mumbling so I made sure I repeated the order and they still ducked it up. I will not be back. Called at 8:35 no answer and went to drive though closed early had a 40 Dallas order went somewhere else. Google says open till 9WTF? Service is usually fast. The bread tastes really good. Downside is they will mess up your order at least 1/3 of the time if not more often. For whatever reason some of the people that work there think that a veggie sub contains no cheese. The last time we called about it the person that answered the phone was really rude about the mistake and even blamed us. She said that we should have asked for cheese.
