My friends and I went to play pool and have a good time. There were 7 adults and 1 5 month old baby with us, we opened 3 tabs when we walked in. He got there around 6:30 we ordered food and drinks, and played pool all night. Around 10:30 we had about $10 in quarters left to play pool and basketball still. I went to order one of my last drinks of the night and close my tab (1 out of 3 open tabs from our group), I paid with a card my tab was around $60 I drew a line threw the tip spot and was talking to my friend about tipping on a card and how I like to do cash tips. I thought if you leave a card tip everyone who gets tipped out has to split them so I wanted our server to have the cash herself, but my friend was letting me know that not everywhere is like that. She was talking about making tips when she was a server. As we were walking back to our table from the bar, I dropped my card 2 times so my friend and I were laughing. We walked over to the pool tables with the others in our group and when we got over there an employee that was with other customers playing darts and drinking came over and started cussing and screaming at us "for not tipping on a big check". Of course our group got a little loud, so the employee and our group yelling back and forth. The employee started waking towards the back while still screaming and cussing us out. We then had another employee walk over and tell us that we need to calm down or get out that we can't start problems there, we should have been the bigger person and not have said anything. I don't know anyone that is going to let a random person cuss and yell at them and NOT SAY ANYTHING. The employee was drunk and was NOT our server she had not interacted/helped with us all night other than when she decided to scream at us. I then tried to explain everything to the other employee that came over to "calm things down" but she just kept telling us it was our fault. I had 2 employees tell me "don't mind her she's very drunk". I found our server and STILL tipped her over $20 in cash, because she had absolutely NOTHING to do with it. Her name is kasi and she is an absolute angel, she was so attentive all night the second we needed something she was right there to grab it or bring it to us! We planned to take our little kids back because we absolutely loved it but now Im nervous to bring them in fear of being screamed and cussed at in...
Read moreMy friend and I were talking about how itâs better to leave a cash tip instead of a credit card tip, so we didnât leave a card tip. We were then screamed at by a drunk employee that we are rude and was cussing at us and calling us names. This was all because she saw that we did not leave a tip on/with the receipt because we paid my friendâs tab at the bar, which was only 1 receipt out of three at our table. Our waitress Kasi did an amazing job but this other blonde haired lady with glasses was so out of hand and rude. Then another lady with dark hair and glasses tried to âcalmâ the situation but was defending the drunk worker and this lady decided to flip us off as we were walking out the door. We were having a great time and even were talking about bringing our kids with us the next time we came, but I donât feel comfortable bringing the rest of my family back to this establishment.
I guess if youâre gonna tip, leave a tip on the receipt and not cash at the table or risk being yelled...
Read moreIf youâre a normal person with good manners and reasonable expectations you wonât be disappointed. But if you come in expecting them to rub your feet for a $20 tip on a $200 bill, get bent. Obviously dramatic, but more midwest folks should really travel south more and take notes on manners. Let me math for you: 20% = $40 on a $200 bill. If you donât tip, donât eat out. We love it! People really do thrive on finding something to complain about. For example someone complained on reviews about their ration of ketchup. JUST ASK FOR MORE!! Normal people donât need a whole bottle of ketchup for a side of fries, but if you do they have bottles too. Amazing right?? Imagine your biggest problem being the amount of ketchup you got hahaha. Ew....
