Two of the last three times I visited the restaurant I went through the drive thru. Both times my order was wrong when I got home. Last night 3 out of 4 subs were completely wrong and so sloppily made that they were inedible. These are mistakes that happen and can always be remedied. However, store management and ownership made it clear they were much more interested in defending and excusing the mistakes than holding themselves and their staff accountable.
