Primetime Pizza — Restaurant in Miller Township

So. Just ordered pizza and a sandwich and fries for my family. We have always had decent experiences with this location. There have been a couple times where items ordered have been missing. But we took the store credit and went on. Tonight however has been extremely SPECIAL. We ordered a simple meal and when it arrived I paid for my items and the driver left. Immediately once inside I open the bag to see that my fries are missing. So I cal the store rite away and explain to the very nice young lady who answered the phone that my fries were not included in my order. She asked if we wanted a credit and this time I just wanted the fries because my wife was not going to be eating her dinner rite away due to some work. So I had the time and politely requested that they deliver the items that I paid for and I was not in a huge hurry. The lady on the phone asked me to hold and put a man on the phone. This person does not identify himself he tells me “I’m not driving an order of fries to you I am too busy.” I repeat to this man that I have had this issue before and my wife has time to wait for her fries I would like the order that I already paid for to be delivered to me in full. Then he raises his voice at me telling me that” it’s not going to happen.” THEN GET THIS HE HANGS UP ON ME! So I call back hoping that it was an accident and the very nice young lady answers the phone and I ask to speak to a manager. She says “Pat” he wants to talk to you. So PAT then begins to tell me how busy they are and he can’t make the order rite. They offered a credit for the fries and I let him know that I should already have a credit for fries and I don’t want a second credit I want some dang fries.PAT then raises his voice aggressively at me telling me that it’s “tough” I’m not bringing you the rest of your order that I paid for. I told the man I will make sure that every online review platform will have a full overview on how well they handle customer service and not fixing their mistakes. He replies “you do what u gotta do man.” Then to top it all off he hangs up on me again. So I call back a third time and the very nice lady on the phone says “i don’t think he wants to talk to you” and I hear him pick up the phone and hang up again. So for all the people who might want some pizza out here in the greater bright Indiana area I suggest you order from somewhere else. They have zero customer service skills and to be blunt if PAT can’t handle the heat of being busy in a kitchen maybe he should get out.

I would appreciate a response from the owner of this establishment and hope that Pat does some customer service 101 training or moves on to another less...

Great local food! Prepared fresh when you order. Personally I haven’t had anything there that I wouldn’t recommend. Workers are all friendly, owners care, food is fresh, menu is accommodating to all… A few of my favs; Mushroom Pizza, it’s delicious! Check their website for ingredients. Tenderloins can’t be beat for 5 bucks! Very good! Hamburgers are freshly made & cooked at time of order, oh and the garlic cheese bread… a must have! Prices are more than reasonable, who sells French Fries for .94 an order?! Yep you read that right Ninety Four Cents! What can you get at any other restaurant for .94??? So go there and you too will be a fan! Great job PT! I give my 5 stars sparingly and you definitely deserve all 5! (Sorry, I can never wait long enough to get a pic for you… but next...

We ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with garlic butter on the side. The sauce was barely there. The crust was decent. But the overall pizza was quite salty. The garlic butter on its own was so abrasive from how much salt it had as well. Overall, all of our mouths are hurting terribly after eating that pizza (we gave up on the garlic butter after we each tried a little bit).
