Warm, friendly staff but the food although plentiful is insipid and badly seasoned.
It does not have its own parking and finding it on the street is difficult. The place seems crowded all the time and sometimes you have to wait for a table. I would say that it is not so much for the quality of the food but for the atmosphere and the pleasant reception that the staff gives to its customers. The walls are full of colorful and picturesque plaques and paintings that refer to Colombian folklore. The prices do not match either the geographic location (the neighborhood is not exactly upscale) the size of the cafeteria, because it is not a restaurant nor the quality of the food. Read moreI asked for eggs in my plate and they used ham in it, they charged me like $2.00 for the ham, also they charged me for a foam plate I asked for to take out extra food $0.50 and even the limes $3.00... things I wouldn’t think they would charge ... they serve a lot of food which is great... missing salt in some plates like the empanadas and the soup (it tasted like water that’s it) (maybe is my taste, though) and it would be good if they hire another waitress so the lady is not that rushed and forgetting things so often. Mondongo was a sopa de res with 5 pieces of mondongo. Soup was in a big container filled with ALOT of potatoes . Disappointed do not waste your money.
