Casey's — Restaurant in Harrison

Not sure of the young lady’s name but I’m sure most people will know who I’m talking about. She had the worst attitude and has zero people skills. I always try to give her the benefit of the doubt but it’s been the same way with her for over a year. Today we went in and I wanted a cold canned coffee, I grabbed 2 because they were 2/$5.50. Wait 10 minutes in line due to there being 1 person working the counter and when we get up to the counter the drinks ring up regular price, I told her and she stared at me and shrugged her shoulders, didn’t say a word. So my husband goes and takes a picture of the sign, he brings it back and shows her and she angrily storms off to look for herself, she comes back and just stares at us awkwardly, I said can you change it to the correct price? She angrily states, “it’s a corporate problem!” I slid 1 to the side and paid for 1 and walked out. The gentleman behind us said she’s like this everytime he’s ever been in there. You’ve lost my business and I won’t step foot back in there as long as she works there. I will be calling corporate as well, because this girl has zero business working with the public. Thank you, James. You truly are appreciate, not only by me, but I believe a large percentage this stores visitors. It’s always a good feeling to walk into a store knowing if I need help or even just a friend to chat it up with in the morning/late-night before I head towards work or my home. On top of an awesome Manager like James- All Casey’s stores I’ve entered to into have yet to disappoint me. Their convenience/gas stores go far above & beyond anyone’s normal gas station from their great OG coffee, amazing breakfast choices like their Breakfast burrito all the way to the family dinner choices like chicken tenders, burgers, and the Casey’s one of a kind jalapeño Popper Pizza. This Casey’s, in particular, is clean, convenient, and surprisingly consistent when it comes to the food choices and merchandise. This location is right by my house. I will come in to just grab a pack of cigarettes. Today there was 5 people in front of me in line. 28min total from the time I entered the store into the line, back out to the car. That’s over 5min a person to check out. 4 had a drink and a slice of pizza. 1 was paying cash for gas. Over 5min a person! It doesn’t matter what time of day whether really early or extremely late that you go in. It will NOT be fast. They need to have more then 1 clerk working or they need to teach hustle to their staff. This location stays way too busy and that slow of a checkout time is ridiculous and excruciating. It seems to get worse every single time. I’m switching to Kum&go across the street and will pay a higher price over standing in a gas station for almost 1/2hr to buy a pack...
