The wait was incredibly long for just a few people in front of me. If that was it, I would have been fine. I ordered a foot long veggie sub (no meat or cheese) and the person making my sandwich was pretty stingy with the veggies. Then it was TEN dollars. I clarified and he said prices just went up. I left because at this point my daughter and I just wanted to eat, but I looked it up online and it was listed for $7.99. Only a couple bucks, but it's the principle of the thing. Then I ordered a pizza and it was missing the vegis, cookies and drink when I came to pick it up. The customer service is good in the store and it is clean. I am not one to complain but after placing an online order and picking up something that was not nearly what I ordered was an issue. I reached out and management was not willing to fix the issue except tell me that "they would work on training." Because they lack training it should not reflect on my service or what I receive.
