Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hartford

I've been ordering from here for years and never have any issues, the staff is friendly and fast. But the last 3 times I have ordered from Uber eats, several items are missing. The Uber eats driver was amazing as he went back to retrieve the missing items every time. When I called to speak with the manager, he answered the phone like I called his personal line, I had to confirm with him that I just called Dunkin Donuts, then after expressing my issue he hung up the phone, extremely unprofessional!
