The only thing that actually taste good is the patties & fried dumplings. I ordered their Ackee & Saltfish in a large. When I made it home & began eating the food it didn’t taste good at all when I tell you it was not seasoned properly and just unpleasant. The container looked small so I called and spoke with one of the servers who apologized and advised she’d let the chef know but when I’m in the area to please stop in and they can sub for 2 patties. I called today because I was back in the area but this time the staff relayed the message to a supervisor. I explained the detail and she apologized but said because it was 5 days ago she couldn’t do anything nor did anyone write my name down even though I had the card I used to purchase so they could pull the receipt. As I said before I don’t live in the area so yes it took a few days to come back to the store. Furthermore they definitely could have acknowledged my request for a substitute item but chose not to. I am beyond upset I ordered ackee and saltfish specificallyo get the bananas I don't like dumpling I don't like yam but I know they have to serve them together. I got my meal I opened it no bananas just a sloppy looking meal with no bananas three dumpling and two pieces of potatoe.. Which I cannot eat. They give me the option of yam dumpling banana but they send no banana, dumpling add English potatoes. Definitely no shame in their game they don't care about the customer anyways I'm upset because it's 9:00 in the morning they're saying they ran out of bananas so they improvised. Food was good but for $30 for two plates and one mild patty...I got more bone on my plate then actual meat... I basically paid $30 for rice and beans and 2 plantains on each plate.. be careful someone can choke on them bones they put so many I was baffled and the pie was delicious jus expensive $2.89 each that's why I seen people telling them what to put on they plate so they didn't feel how I did..
