Updated Review: The customer service is starting to suffer. That staff is becoming impatient, a bit rude, and inattentive. I should point out that the manager, she is wonderful though. I don't know her name, but she's the exception. No matter how busy, she always tries to resolve any issue you have with a smile. I'm a pretty patient person. I've worked retail for years, and understand how hectic rush hour can be for workers. Tired, feet hurt, whining customers, and you want to go home. But no matter how busy you are, you just shouldn't treat customers as if they're inconveniencing you.
Also something is up with the mobile ordering system. Both times this week, I ordered online, leaving at least 10 minutes to pick up my order. First time, my order wasn't ready after driving 15 minutes to pick it up. The second time after I place the order online they can't even find it when I get there. And cashier insisted that I never placed my order. Despite me attempting to show her proof through the website that my order was placed and paid for. I attempted to show her this but she was very dismissive. Insisting that I need to bring "everything" next time (whatever that even means) to prove that I ordered. But she's not listening to the fact that I am attempting to show her that I did indeed place & pay for my order.
Pros: good food. wonderful manager. Cons: front store staff could improve attitude a bit.

I walked to pickup up my food in the rain (my choice, fine) Was told to go walk through the drive through as they close their lobby early. I pick up my food and walk back home, just to realize they forgot my fries and dessert. I go back and they tell me to go through the drive though again. Obviously frustrated I go back and tell them what happened, but I was so frustrated that I only told them about the fries and dessert, I didnāt realize they forgot my extra biscuit until I returned home the second time. The audacity of, the manager I guess, to tell me that I ordered at 5pm and Iām just now picking up my order at 7pm. I JUST WALKED TO THE STORE! You really think I wanna play these games with you in the rain!? She tells me to take it up with her boss tomorrow. Thatās fine. Iāll just leave my issue right here hun.
Edit: OMG! I just realized I ordered MIXED CHICKEN instead of TENDERS! They got my WHOLE order wrong and they donāt give a crap about it. Save your money time and patience for somewhere that bothers to get your order right.

I placed an order for a 3-piece combo totaling $15.12. I was short by just two cents and kindly handed the cashier $15.10, expecting some understanding, especially as a regular. Unfortunately, the drive-thru employee refused to complete the transaction and said, āI canāt be 2 cents short, so you canāt have it.ā
This same staff member has waited on me in the past and consistently displays a negative, unwelcoming attitude, as though she does not enjoy her job. Todayās refusal over two cents felt less about policy and more about poor customer service.
In todayās economy, losing even one loyal customer over something so small reflects poorly on the business. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers re-training staff on customer service and discretion. As long as this is the experience being offered, Iāll be taking my business elsewhere.
