Lok Chung Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Hartford

The atmosphere is empty with no tables and no chairs. Big empty space restaurant. The food was very subpar. But the most disappointing thing that happened to me today at the restaurant was that I was judged by the color of my skin today. I'm an African-American who does not live in the North end of the city of Hartford, but I live in the suburbs of East Windsor. I was highly offended and very disrespected as a customer, and all I asked the woman was can I see the size of their food containers. And she snapped off on me with an attitude as if I'm a regular black person she sees everyday. Shame on her because she lost out on potentially a customer when I come through Hartford again.
