Ultimate Cut Barber Shop — Local services in Hartford

I feel bad for the other barbers at this location. I brought my son here once because someone told me Marvin Cut hair good. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing. He has a stank attitude, no customer service and always doing a billion things while doing my son hair. This guy took the longest I’ve ever seen anyone take to cut a little boys hair. The challenge actually started when I tried to bring my son in, I mean this guy is never in the shop which begs the question if he’s even a barber. The worst part was he smelled like he just smoked 10 joints of weed. He’s making the other barbers look bad because they actually look like professional barbers but I’ll never go there again...

I go to see the owner who should be the best barber in the shop to get taken care of. It's nice to find a Jamaican barbershop that you can be yourself at. Hear some good music and have great conversations.

Unfortunately in regards to complicated beard trims he is not the one to see. I have been trying to rock a new look & all he has done is make me look funny.

I tried to make him aware that he isn't doing it properly, so if he makes a mistake that he still has hair to fix the error but after 4 or 5 times of paying w/ $5 tip, im going to have to find a different barber.

How can you not see that this is off when you looking at me? Look at the pictures and you will see...
