So I went to Subway yesterday during my lunch (1:15pm ish) it was packed. Whatever I didnt mind too much, I know its lunch time. I normally use my coupons AND THERE ISNT A PROBLEM, but this time I had a “buy a footlong, get a free bag of chips.” Btw the older lady and the older guy who work there are nice, but I always have a hard time with a younger guy (darker complex). He of course was the one who told me that I cannot use the coupon. I asked if it was posted, he didnt acknowledge my question OF COURSE. I tried to scan it with the customer scanner and it supposedly didnt work. I wouldnt have had an issue if they never accepted my coupons, but they normally do. It didnt seem right, but whatever I had $2 in subway rewards, to use so I got some money taken off. Please post your policies SUBWAY ON WESTON ST....

The women put extra stuff on a man's sandwich, which he didn't ask for. Also they speak very bad English and are very hard to understand. They don't wear name tags, probably cause they know people will complain and don't want their name out there. The newer Indian guy that works there, well, it appears that he hates his job. I went there today to grab a sandwich. Upon arrival he was on his phone, no big deal because no customers were inside. Not once did he disconnect his phone call, as he was in a deep phone conversation as he made by sandwich. I was shocked that he even asked as to what kind of sandwich I wanted. This is not my first time dealing with this guy, he has ZERO customer service skills.
