Max Deli — Restaurant in Hartford

This place never gives me my orders correct nor hot. The first time I ordered sausage and cheese no egg because I am allergic, of course they give me egg so I couldn't eat the sandwich. Second time it happened again an egg on my sandwich, the third time was today my sandwich was finally made correct, BUT I asked for toasted and the sandwich was far from that. It seemed like they just threw everything together and serve it to me. This is not okay. Also was told today at 9am when I called that they were on their last sausage, at 9AM? When you opened at 8am? If this review keeps 1 person from going there I’ll be happy. Was in town for business and needed a quick lunch. The lady working said probably 2 words and it wasn’t thank you. I ordered the lobster bisque and before I could complete my order she went to the back, and returned a minute later. She proceeded to heat the bisque in a microwave right in front of me. I get most restaurants have microwaves, but to just have it out in the open and to prepare it in the middle of my order? I should have walked out. The sandwiches were bland and expensive. My girlfriends soup/sandwich was equally poor. I made it a point to leave this review. I’d go to that McDonalds 100/100 times in the future to avoid this...

This place is beyond disappointing. They did not just raise up there prices on their sandwiches. But, they also forget almost every time things I have ask for to be put on my sandwich. I have called to place orders & I guess every time they would mess up my sandwich they remember who I am. Now they don’t even want to pick up there phone. They say, they to busy. But, once getting to the location it is not busy. 7$ for a bacon egg and cheese 😮 pathetic. For that I got to Dunkin’ Donuts and get 2 bacon egg & cheese for 5$. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE ANYMORE.
