Five stars to this big name fast food restaurant for several reasons. Though they open at 6:00am, the lunch menu is available beginning at 7:00am. A nice feature whether you're a trucker who's been driving all night or you work third shift at the Kennelly U.S. Postal hub or the Hartford P.D.- it's just off exit 32/Jennings Rd from I-91N & S. The early lunch feature is NOT offered by their well-known competitor next door and is a nice option to have when you're not in the mood for breakfast type foods (which are available in spades everywhere else in this little section of Hartford) 5 stars for personal customer service; something you don't expect from one of the biggest fast food joints in the country. Asst Manager Johanna and JoJo who mans the drive-thru most mornings are the best part of your visit. Fast, efficient, multi-tasking, always getting your order right the most amazing thing about these two hard working women is that as busy or tired as they may be- they are always ready with a genuine smile and friendly word. They bring a personal touch to a restaurant where people often feel like a number. Employees like these two are what brings customers in again and again. I hope the manager realizes what gems he has, gives them raises, and treats them like gold! 5 stars for customer service & efficiency. 5 stars for freshness of the food- always in correct orders. The fries are so fresh sometimes they are almost too hot to eat immediately- but I have never burned my mouth, not an issue! 5 stars for the restaurant inside: simply decorated and always clean. They're very distracted giggling having personal conversations and on their phones instead of serving customer service hello appropriate time. You can hear at the speaker and at the drive-thru window! Many times the associates don't wear face masks and touch their face while handling money and bagging food with the same gloves that includes speaking and yelling over open food and drinks. There's an older lady that is usually in the center of the chaos and contributes to the multiple distractions and terrible customer service. She's the one that usually takes the orders but you have to repeat it to her a few times and they will still get the order incorrect which creates congestion in the line at the speaker in at the drive-thru window. On occasion you will get your order and correct and have to drive back for them to replace the order or if you check it he may have to hand the bag or order back to them for correction which also slows the line down. This establishment needs a neutral person that monitors the crew more often they're not taking their job seriously and does understand they're at work and their personal conversations need to stay to themselves because the extreme vulgar language should never be heard from a customer yet it's frequently broadcast... to...

For that reason it honestly doesn't take much of off customer service for me to be unhappy. On July 30th 2020 a few minutes after 5p.m. I went through the drive thru at this location and ordered a very large order (I have 6 children). My mom and I were so impressed with the staff at this location! They were friendly and fun while still being fast, accurate, and efficient. I just knew that since they nailed the customer service and experience portion,my food would be subpar....I was wrong!!! My food (that I didnt eat until I returned to new Britain) was delicious. I felt like I was eating food the way I would prepare for myself....better yet they served me food I am confident they would have eaten themselves.
