Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hartford

Went there got a few things with my kids and their dad.. I got a nacho bel grande and it looked pretty empty to say the least all around there was no meat cheese sour cream ect. Just chips mainly i asked the employee working if he didn't mind adding some sour cream just to have something to put the nachos in, no not at all he replied as the manager whispers ya know your suppose to charge more and grabs the container in a very rude and bothered way and put a quarter sized amount more. He was as older man who clearly did not like his job or maybe The people.The kind man came back i replied I'll pay extra he said no it's ok. But i was being generous because the manager was kinda angry the manager made the nacho bel grande to begin with and if he had done it right i wouldn't have had to ask for anything extra. We spent around $34.00 this day between the 4 of us. One of my kids didn't even eat his taco because there was barely no meat and that's what it was a meat taco. Of course both kids wanted the pop rock signature drink only offered by taco bell and they didn't have it. Lets see all and all this was the most undesirable visit to taco belle EVER in all my years. I've been getting those bell grandes for over 20 years and i will say that was the empties worst one that actually was not finished. Usually when we go there everything is in order everything's in stock made right with happy employer never a problem always leaving happy. Okay I'll admit I work here so call the review what you will. I'm more about honesty I find the toco bell first and for most to be positioned in a good area right near the high way and around the local walmart along with quite alot of other stores. When I come into work I feel welcomed and not as nervous as I tend to be normally. Its a nice place to work with a dedicated team. It seems alot of people here have a passion and strive to wanna get better and better. I know that clark aka the person in charge is a caring man who seems to have a passion for not only his store but his team as well. We work as hard as we possibly can to provide fast and quality food if any of you remember my time at smash burger I think then you'll remember the joy and genuine smiles people had that worked there. This is no different which is a nice change of pace. People help eachother push and strive to be the best they can be. I am only giving 4 stars because of the fact just like any fast food environment there is always room to improve and striving to improve everyday makes work more fun to me at least. I was inside ordering my food while I was waiting for my food to be prep there was one of the employees with his mask under his chin and not covering his nose and mouth while he was prepping the drive-thru orders. I ask the cashier that took my order to tell the employee if he can please wear his mask properly and he did but the employee got very sarcastic and said to me (you see my ears 👂 right ok I been working everyday and my ears hurt from wearing a mask 😷) I said to him it’s not safe or fair for everyone else to get sick because you are complaining about your ears. I ask to speak to a manager and the cashier that took my order said that the one that’s not wearing the mask is the manager. So I ask for his name he refuse to give it to me. I ask the cashier and he said that he’s not aloud to give any of the employees name to no one and walk away so one of the nicest employee that was there Prepping the food gave me his name and his name is (Chris) the store manager name is Chris I said wow he should be showing a better example if he’s considered a manager. My order was ready and Chris Still didn’t have his mask on. I’m very disappointed and disgusted...
