Great American Grill — Restaurant in Harvard

Wow, worst experience I've ever had at a bar/restaurant. I now know why the devens grill is always busy. Bartener Tammy was in a horrible mood, no smile out of that one. Waited at the bar for like 10 minutes while she ran around pouring drinks for the wait staff. When she finally stopped someones elese sat down at the bar and she served them first. Half the bar was blocked off for some wedding that never came because they set up tables for them somewhere else and didn't tell her. This only made her more mad.... They had some people running around for a scavenger hunt surrounding me at the bar while I am trying to eat, standing all around me and on top of me and reaching over my food. I had to move seats when they remeoved the wedding reserved seating sign. Finally get my food, ordered veggie burger. I told her I was vegetarian, it came somothered in mayo and the arugala was not fresh and rotting. Best part about that whole meal was the pickle. Also your website has been hacked. Get your self...

We came when it wasn't busy. Waiter was extremely nice and helpful. Not uniformed as they show in their fake pictures. Beer was bottled and was good considering temperature and freshness. But food... Menu choice was completely different from web, hotel front desk menu list and actual menu in the dining area. BTW, that large table in the room with fireplace, which is shown in pictures, is not part of restaurant, it's hotel's library or meeting place. If I'd knew, what I know now, I would never set a foot in that place. After all, I am coming for meal and great service still can't overcome taste of what we ate. Breakfast in the morning was even worse. There were only 4 items cooked, so the rest can be consumed without risk. I am editing this review The menu online was extensive and looked really good so when I arrived and the menu they gave me was limited and did not include many of the things that made me come here I was quite disappointed. The service was mediocre at best and it a disturbing to watch my server (Tammy) patting a dog and rubbing its belly and then going to make my drink without washing her hands. We went back for breakfast because I had paid for it when booking my rooms at the Hilton and the server, Vanessa, changed my feelings. I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 because of her.
