Well every visit a new adventure. Here's what I am sure that you can expect, long ordering lines, even longer waits for your food after you pay, whn thy hv you to pull forward because your food isn't ready it's not because you had a special order it's just because you ordered regular food and then never have it ready. It thn takes thm forever to deliver ur order, and by that time your drinks are hot. If you get lucky and win the lottery and get your food without pulling up you can guarantee it'll probably be cold or stale. I only come here because this is where my daughter wants to eat she's 12. I would highly recommend if you order anything hot you check the lid immediately! This is the second time that I have got scalded by hot coffee from their store. One time as the empl. handed me my coffee at the drive-thru, she didn't have the lid on and it spilled all over me. Today I got it into my car, and while driving away from store, went to take a drink and immediately was made aware they didn't attach the lid. I called Mcdonalds and informed them I had been due to the lid not being on properly. The response I got was they reassured me that could replace the coffee. Read moreThis particular McDonald's has gone very much downhill recently. I have stopped by before work often but I will not be returning again. The drive thru service has been awful, from egregious wait times even outside of rush hours, to orders constantly being wrong or missing items, something always goes wrong with this establishment.
The wait times: I can understand having to wait when there is a load of cars at each lane of the drive thru, but it seems you constantly have to wait even when no one else is there. It has become a regular part to wait an additional 10-30 minutes for your order to be recieved.
Wrong/missing items: just tonight I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a Quarter pounder sandwich. I got my order and to my surprise after leaving and checking the bag I had been given a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder. I do not know how this mistake could have been made as there was nobody else even at the drive thru except me. This is only one of many times that my orders have been wrong, or missed entire items from them.

Read moreAfter arriving first of all the person taking my order was not doing the best at telling me she was ready to take it. Secondly after taking my order I paid and ended up going to the second window. This is normal right.. well this time it was wrong when I pulled up to the second window to take my order the attendant came up and said I’m sorry we don’t have the items needed to make your lunch it will be 20-30 minutes before we have you lunch ready. I couldn’t say no I’m not waiting. Why because I had paid already and was just waiting. They asked me to wait around the front and to my surprise there was 3 other cars also waiting. Now I’m running late to work and can’t even get my food for myself. The most frustrating part of it all was that they didn’t say when I first ordered I’m sorry but if you order now you will have to wait a minimum of 20-30 minutes when at the end it still was over 30 minute wait. I’m so upset that they could not inform people that there was a wait time before taking the order or taking the money... horrible experience. Normally I don’t complaint but this time cost me time money and a explanation to my boss...
