Never once have I used a drive-through and been asked "what are you here for?" with an annoyed inflection.
This place has historically had issues with service, and almost every single time it's when the workers have unresolved issues. You'll get some folks who genuinely are just bad workers like the example above, but I've spoken to the workers with genuine inquiry on occasion, and almost every time it's an issue they cannot resolve even with the floor managers present. It's fantastic when functional, I'll say that, especially with the floor workers who know what they are doing. Still, I've noticed a pattern of this place being review-bombed, then suddenly being the peak fast-food experience for a week, then dropping off once everything seems like it's okay at a glance.
My proposed solution would be to close these doors (like they are all the time anyway) until we find out where along the chain of command the issues are coming from and simply replace them. It gets more absurd each time I go, so I'm just not coming back here until there's a...

Long Wait Times: Whether in the lobby (when it's open) or at the drive-thru, the wait times are consistently long. This significantly cuts into my ability to accept and deliver other orders efficiently.
Closed Lobby: On multiple occasions, I’ve arrived to find the lobby closed without any signage indicating it would be. This has led to frustrating situations where I couldn't pick up orders, and have had to cancel the delivery.
Order Accuracy: There have been several instances where items were either out of stock or orders were incorrect. This not only affects my delivery times but also impacts customer satisfaction.
Due to these ongoing issues, that are yet to be resolved, I will be declining any future orders from this location to avoid wasting time. I hope they can improve their service for both delivery drivers and customers...

They never do customizations correct-in fact while we waited over 30 minutes for our order-we watched someone take MULTIPLE calls apologizing for errors and offering to remake food. Our order was no exception. The food had an odd taste, we didn't get all the correct things and the quality of the product overall was comical. Ive never seen such a thin crunchwrap supreme. Others got offered coupons, we werent given the same courtesy. We went solely because we were very tired and had a long day and needed something cheap. I'm done though. Will not be going back. Also, why is the lobby closed at 6? So the staff (there was quite a few of them) can yell louder and listen to trash music on full blast? That's cool.
