Starbucks — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

We stopped here during a road trip in the middle of the week about mid afternoon. The location was clean. Access in and out of the roadways wasn't difficult. The drive thru had adequate space for a larger truck to go through easily. There was only one car in line in front of us. There were about 4 cars in the parking lot. The person taking our order at the drive thru did have some difficulty with customized orders. For instance: No Whip (no whipped cream). The wait was terribly long to get to the window. The person ahead of us ordered only one beverage. As we looked inside there appeared to be only one customer in the store. The person working the drive thru seemed to be frazzled. Our orders were incorrect but we kept them anyway. The wait was too long to ask for what we ordered. We were on a road trip so we didn't have time to be picky. We didn't notice initially but the cups were very sticky. I think some Syrup was spilled and we didn't get a fresh cup or have the cup wiped clean. We didn't receive any napkins either. Maybe the staff was having a bad day. Maybe I expect better because my local Starbucks does such a phenomenal job on all these things. Overall, the beverages were still acceptable and enjoyed. The location was clean. There was an unusual wait time for the number of customers for the store at that time. I would visit this Starbucks again, but probably wouldn't if I was in a rush or had time to make it to a different location in...

I love the convenience of ordering through the app, but each time I do my hot coffee is WARM! And I dislike nothing more than warm coffee. Because mixing cold almond milk with hot coffee creates a warm drink!

Today, before I left for New Orleans, I placed an order and to my surprise (pun) my coffee was cold... okay, warm cold. So I informed the guy working the window, and although he told me to send it back so they could remake it he also said a few other things that made me reject his offer.

Did you request for the milk to be steamed? A. No, there’s not an option for that on the app.

He then told me that there is an option for steamed milk, right under the type of milk you want... it goes up to 195 degrees.

Well I know I’m not blind or dumb but I’ve NEVER ran across this option. Someone please help me find it.

It’s going to take A WHILE for her to remake it because we have to redo everything you have in there!

Great staff, rapid service but 2 stars for the repetitively...

Overall, I am rating it a 1 outta 5. I ordered via GrubHub, and it said my order was ready for pickup. When I came in, nothing! I waited for 15mins until I couldn’t and asked a lady. This lady was kind enough to look through the stuff for my order. She then told me that it wasn’t ready yet as they have been getting a lot of orders. At the 20mins waiting mark, I got ONE of the two drinks that I had ordered. Had to wait another 5mins for my next drink. Until the next drink arrived, my previous drink was already condensing. In total, I had to wait for 25mins to get my drinks after they said “Ready for Pickup”

For the drinks. They were mid. I ordered an Iced Latte with Caramel Sauce for which they charged me $0.60. But there was no sign of caramel nor was there any taste. The coffee tasted like nothing. I am very very...
