Subway — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

This subway is inside Forrest General hospital. On 1/6/2025 I ordered a foot long and 1/2 meatball subs. These sandwiches tasted so bad me not my husband could eat them. The bread was so hard I thought it broke my tooth. When I took the sandwiches back this very young lady was so rude and should not be working with the public I was refused a refund of $16.84 ask if I wanted another sandwich. No why would I get another sandwich from there? The young lady insisted it was something I put on the sandwich. I didn't make the sandwich nor provide the makings. Terrible management! My sandwich had plastic in the seafood and crab and I bit into it. I sat at a table right in front of the register . I took it straight up their and showed them. Subway ran out of bread for sandwiches. So I got a pizza with spinach because they were also out of bacon. The spinach on my pizza was cooked until it was black and crunchy. The cheese also burned.
