I'm writing this review for anybody that's looking for a job here. If your wanting a job here don't do it you'd be better off scrubbing bubblegum off a sidewalk for $1 an hour. I recently quit for a couple of different reasons. (1. The pay - the pay here is kinda bad when you really start to dig in here because the store trains you on EVERYTHING. Now ik that doesn't sound bad but when your doing the same stuff that a manager is doing how is it fair that they get paid more than you. At that rate everybody in the store should just become a manager because you are basically trained on everything minus a few extra steps so you might as well ask when you can become a manager as long as you have good leadership qualities. Not worth the pay. (2. Receiving your pay . I was suppose to get paid last Wednesday and it's been over a week now and I still haven't been paid, apparently the prepaid card I was issued was given two different account numbers and I couldn't even activate my card. I finally gave the store my correct account number and I was told my money would be on there the next day....my money never came...then I was told that it would be on there the next Monday or tuesday...my money still wasn't posted. I called and asked them what was going on and they said it was because their payroll didn't where to send my money because there were two different account numbers...I ALREADY GAVE THEM THE CORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER A WEEK AGO!!!!!!!!!!! I'm assuming the either just forgot or were to lazy to get my account stuff fixed I don't know, but regardless when you have bills to pay and people to take care of you trust the people that you are working for to get your information sent it so that you get paid on time. So I went to the store in person since they wouldn't let me tell them my account number over the phone because they were "busy", gave them my account number AGAIN!!! and the agm told me my money would be on on there tommorow which was a Wednesday. Well I wake up Wednesday morning and what a shock I still haven't been paid.. I Call them again and ask them whats going on and they tell me that I'll be getting paid either NEXT WEEK or THE WEEK AFTER THAT!!!! TWO MORE WEEKS I HAVE TO WAIT AND IVE ALREADY WAITED ONE WEEK AND HAVENT GOTTEN PAID! While I was on the phone with them they said it was because I finally gave them the right account number the previous day even tho I gave it to them A WEEK PRIOR to all of this, and then they had the audacity to tell me that "that's on him" for giving them the account number yesterday which I know I've done explained this but I already gave them my account number last week and they were trying to blame me for their forgetfulness/laziness/whatever is goin on that store. Do not work here even if you are desperate, I took this job because I was worse that desperate but even I know it's not worth it. They also promised me full time yet after looking at the stores hours there's no way anybody would be getting full time unless your part of management. P.S - I still...

My husband and I just stopped in for dinner and I will never go back. The building itself was clean but the dispensers were gross and the attitudes of the staff were disgusting as well. When I attempted to order a sandwich (wheat bread, scooped out, bacon, tomato, mayo, and cheese) the cashier looked at me like I was insane and then asked what meat I wanted. I said bacon, since I’m just asking for a BLT essentially, and she looks confused again. Again, sks me what meat I would like, ham, turkey, etc, and when I ask if bacon doesn’t count as a meat or can bacon just be the meat for my BLT, she kind of shrugs and shakes her head, vaguely looks around for help, and then puts my order in once I—fed up at this point—settle for turkey. When my husband and I got to get drinks, the CO2 on the machine is out, sodas are completely flat, basically syrup and tap water. We point this out to the people behind the counter and one woman comes to look, then says “sorry, it just tastes like that, if it was out the machine wouldn’t let you select carbonated drinks.” Again, I am fed up and just settle for sweet tea. When we get out to-go order and get into the car, I check the order. The cashier had given me a bowl with just turkey, bacon, cheese, tomato, and mayonnaise in it, not an actual sandwich like I ordered. This horrendous experience costed us $30. Do not go here if you want any kind of decent food that is served with at least minimal care...

I really hate it because this is my favorite place when I comes to sandwiches. I’ve been a regular customer for a very long time and have been understanding seeing how I also have my own business. It’s been a problem the last 4 or 5 times and I’ve been just letting it go because the sandwiches are so good. However I order the exact same thing everytime, ham and cheese sandwich with extra pickles and always round the total to the nearest dollar plus normally donate a extra dollar. This go round I checked my order before I left and only had 1 pickle so I quickly told the lady I had ordered extra pickles and she handed me 1 pickle so I said really 1 pickle after I paid for extra pickles. And she caught a attitude and then threw in just 1 more pickle 🤷🤦. I have no problem paying and is why I ordered extra PICKLES… This will be my last time eating here and you’re loosing a really good and steady customer over bad attitudes when I paid for extra PICKLES it’s...

Ordered a veggie sandwich, which, according to their menu, comes standard with: sauteed bell peppers, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed and raw onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo, deli mustard, Italian dressing, provolone, cheddar, and Monterey Jack. I said no sauteed mushrooms or bell peppers, and add pickles, cucumbers, and olives. What I received was the sandwich in the picture. A slab of bread with cucumbers, pickles, olives and cheese. That's it. Who made this sandwich and thought, "yes, this must be what they ordered"?

I like the freshness of the bread, the pastrami and corned beef is good. I added jalapeno and black olives to my sub. I got the steamer sub. My only complaint is they add way to much sauce. There was so much Mayo, mustard, and Italian dressing on it that my bread got soggy. If I order again, I will order with no sauce unfortunately.

This place was busy!!! But the crew in here was hustling and working hard to make all the customers happy. Ken was doing a great job communicating with customers and then reiterating customer expectations to the line.
