I was in at about 2:45, 5 customers in line and only one careless Sandwich "Artist". She was definitely taking her time, I could tell she didn't want to be there. I witnessed the girl ahead of me get a sandwich that was completely falling apart. I thought "Oh boy, here we go." We asked for our meat and cheese to be toasted, not on the bread. She gave us half the cheese that was supposed to be on it. Fine, whatever, I can deal with that. When asked for our topping selections, my fiance asked for mayo and chipotle on Both sides. She gave us a small squirt of chipotle, (on one side). Picked up the real mayo, put it back down, grabbed the light mayo and started putting it on. I pointed out that was light and we didn't ask for that. Stacie then proceeded to SCRAPE OFF the mayo, along with some of the steak, that I'm paying good money for. She should've just made another sandwich. At this point I was just aggravated and wanted to get the experience over. My fiance told her what veggies he wanted and then wrapped up our sandwich that had condiments all over that outside of it. At checkout, we wanted just a drink to go with it. We paid for it and immediately had to remind her to give us a cup, as she was about to walk away. I work in food and I understand that you have bad days but you can't take it out on other customers. Read moreI don’t like leaving negative reviews but I will never go to this subway again. I came in with a coupon that I had just received directly from my mailbox. First off, there were only two people working there, and there was a long line at the drive thru and a couple people in front of me, so I waited a while. I understand this is a hard time for service workers with the labor shortage so I didn’t mind waiting longer. I told both workers before I even ordered that I had a coupon. I ordered two Subway clubs, which neither worker actually knew how to make. The worker making my sandwiches actually made them with the wrong ingredients, and I gently had to ask her to add turkey to my clubs. Then, when she rang up my order, she forgot to take my coupon, so I said again, “I have a coupon”. So she rang my coupon in, which made it so that the coupon could no longer be used. However, she rang in my order and coupon incorrectly because it did not apply and the coupon was good for another two months. The other worker tried to tell me that my coupon had already been used and this was no longer usable which is impossible because I literally got it right out of my mailbox and clipped it myself. Read moreAlmost a minute to get acknowledged at drive-thru speaker, was asked to "please wait a moment". Proceed to wait 9 minutes and then just left because I was tired of waiting. Not sure if they were understaffed or what, I saw a truck pull up with three people while I was waiting. They walked in. They were in the store for about 4 or 5 minutes. Then they walked back out with no food.
Update Nov 22: Did an in-app order for a #3. Picked up, app never stated it was ready. When I started to eat it there were no green peppers, cheese was wrong type. I called and they said they were out. I should have been informed right away they couldn't make the order I placed, even better I should have been notified in the app could they not provide it as ordered, can they not remove items why can't make due to stock issues (which has been a problem every time I've tried to use this location over the last several years).
