My time at BJ's was a huge letdown, all thanks to an AT&T rep who started off friendly and making a great sounding offer-if I switched to them. While politely trying to walk away from them, I said their has to be a catch to get a reply back “no catch” if their was a catch BJ’s would not allow us to sell in the store! Well that statement was wrong. Even after my hesitation the AT&T representative was super pushy and against my better judgement I ended up reluctantly hearing them out. I asked multiple times if I can change my mind and he said yes anytime within 30 days. So I left the store very uneasy about my choice but knew (well according to the representative) I had 30 days to cancel if I changed my mind. I decided I wanted to stay with my current provider and so I went back to BJ's a few times to find the kiosk empty and no AT&T representatives to talk to. I then remember them saying you can go to a store if I needed help. Well it turns out, the promised 30-day return policy is a joke and is a complete lie. Trying to get any help or any correct consistent information is non-existent. One AT&T store told me I had to go back to the Kiosk at BJ’s, another store told me to call customer service. Now I'm stuck with these phones they are saying I can't return, and I am feeling forced into a service I do NOT want. It seems to me whenever they Put out a coupon the price goes up on the product before the coupon from sa this may just be an allusion by me I'm not sure. They recently of change their coupon rules and I'm not very happy there gas is the cheapest in the area but I don't not sure I've been a member for what if you is but because of this coupon policy I hate me stop they only allow one manufacturer's coupon along with the BJ coupon where in the past I could use a manufacturer's coupon for the number of products I purchase. I hope someone from B j's reply to me about this because it really is disappointing. Another thing is as they seem to change products and if you find a product that you like then they don't always have and once is going it doesn't seem to come back I used to buy rice with an elephant on the bag was fantastic was a good deal 50 pound bag fantastic about they don't carry any more. Read moreHad an issue scanning a coupon in the self-checkout today. There were two monitors overseeing the self-checkout lanes. But they were so busy chatting that I couldn't get their attention at first. I finally had my son go get one of them. I explained that I had scanned my coupon and inserted it in the slot but the system didn't acknowledge that it had been inserted in the slot and kept requesting that it be inserted in the slot. After i got her up to speed, she kept asking if I had scanned the coupon and had slid it in the slot. She finally credited me for the coupon, but I could have done without the attitude.
