Great service. A great crew with a great sense of humor. They were attentive to my particular order. Made a great sandwich. A really terrific coffee. Friendly service with a smile. I feel like I got what I asked for and I had no problem paying the price. I will continue to utilize this particular location as I have never had an issue here. Too bad all the other franchise locations cannot follow this example and give the customers exactly what they asked for and be more attentive to their orders and get them correct especially when they are being specific with what they ask for. This crew should be recognized for paying attention to detail & having a sense of humor while doing so. I may have been a little particular and brought up other locations that don't quite make the grade & there's more than a few unfortunately. This one is not 1 of those however as I have mentioned I have never had a problem here with getting exactly what I've asked for. I don't mind paying for something when it's something that I actually enjoy. They make it the way you ask for it and the quality is always better than average unlike other locations right here in the city and elsewhere. Other locations should look to this location if they want to know and learn exactly how to do things and pay attention to what their customers ask for and cater to their requests and give them what it is they're asking for because after all they're paying good money to get what they asked for they should get at least that if not more. I do not typically rate fast food 5 stars. It often times is more of a convenience than a pleasure. This place is an exception. Dunkin' has an unfortunate quirk where the food and drink orders come in separate and so most places, when you place an "on-the-go" order(I had been saying "Mobile order for Thomas." forever before I realized that isn't the term they actually use) you end up with your latte immediately and you have to ask for everything else you ordered. This place has everything you ordered in a bucket ready when you get there and a zippy mobile lane to carry you on your way. If you are a regular at Dunks, I highly recommend the app, you get free coffee here and there("coffee" being whatever size and construction you happen to want). And there are occasionally special lanes for mobile orders. You can walk right inside for indoor on-the-go orders and grab your order off of a pedestal. No matter how many times I come back in here to ask for HOT or even REMOTELY WARM food, they never change. Whoever is assigned to making the bagels or sandwiches need to try the food they make. The breads are ALWAYS cold. Never slightly warm. Every bagel or sandwich me and my wife buy either has COLD CHEESE AND BACON and the bagels are HARD due to the cool temperature they’re served at. Donuts are always delicious and fresh. Coffee is made to perfection about 75% of the time, which is better than most Dunkins in the area… if you want a cold breakfast sandwich this Dunkin’s is your best bet.
