Blazin Steaks — Restaurant in Hawaii

If I could leave zero stars I would. Needless to say after getting my nails done we went to the mall to grab some food. My friend at home wanted a plate to go, and I wanted a Philly cheese steak but apparently they had no cheese. We ordered a spicy garlic steak plate. With ranch and this was at about 530 6pm....we left and stopped at another place to grab food on the way home got home her salad was brown and her steak not spicey. She tried calling they lied to her and said we where there at 3pm when in fact I was there at 545pm. So we called them again and the employee was very rude telling us they wernt going to do anything for us, and the person who took the call just thought we ordered at 3pm, im sorry if you dont know for sure dont say they did. they thought we where being rude because we called 4 times when we only called twice. if I was anyone wanting good steak with a good quality salad I'd go to blazin steaks at...

Absolutely the worse experience I’ve had. I ordered steak with a side of noddles for my wife. I opened the box and saw the noddles contained fish and the steak was medium rare. My wife couldn’t eat this (3 months pregnant). I went up and explained to an older lady that my wife can’t eat this, before I could get the rest of my sentence out, she told me “that’s your fault, no refunds” and I continued to try an explain that we weren’t aware that it served this way. Then the lady started getting defensive and stated it was my fault for not asking and that 99% of the noddles contained fish. She grabbed my plate and threw it back on the oven and ignored me until the steak was done. Her employees in the back were just laughing. I never asked for a refund, I couldn’t even ask for a refunded if I wanted too!!...

So disappointed!

Asked for a side order of Steak and was told by "Ashley" (cashier name on the receipt) that it is the same price as a plate but you get 1 ounce more. Sounded fair, so I paid. They said it would take 10-15 minutes. Please note: I asked for an unseasoned side order because it was for my puppy (special treat).

Spouse picked up the order after maybe only 5-6 minutes. and when I saw it there was MAYBE 1 ounce of meat in the small foam container.

Then I noticed food was COLD!

What did they do?! Rinse off the already cooked meat with cold water and serve it to me!???

Truly sad for this company that these boys are...
