Fun Factory - Windward Mall — Attraction in Oʻahu

I don’t believe they do any kind of maintenance as quite a bit of the machines were broken. Still, they have rides for small children, a variety of games for kids and some for adults. My nieces had fun. A little overpriced so we only schedule it on a “treat yourself” weekend. My nieces had a blast. I do miss the tokens and really don’t like the cards but that is personal preference. I definitely enjoyed the slots which gives a stupid amount of tickets for knocking tokens in. 🤣

All in all, I think it was money well spent. The guys behind the counter were super friendly considering they had to refill 3 of my machines with tickets. Lol. They also are so patient with the toy choosing process. While we waited I had my nieces choose what they wanted to make it go faster but once they had what they wanted, they had a harder time choosing other things. The guys didn’t make me or them feel like an inconvenience. It’s a bit of a drive so idk if I’d take them back but if we’re in the area, we’d stop in for more...

Windward Mall Funfactory is our favorite location. So many different gaming options for both adults and children. So many more awesome prizes you can choose from, they're great for birthday parties, prize give aways and holidays. The establishment is pretty clean and spacious. We are frequent visitors almost every Tuesday for their Golden Tuesday Promos half off on all games for Gold members. And we also enjoy their double dollar days, best time to reload your cards. And most of all our favorite employee Scott is such a kind, happy and welcoming person. He is very helpful. He makes the experience even more enjoyable with his awesome personality. Please give him a raise and a promotion. The mall also offers many places to dine, shop, places to sit...

The staff is far from friendly or helpful. Not just a one time occurrence haven't had a good experience with employees there are over several times throughout the past year. There isn't a ton of games but it is just a small located in a mall. Avoid employees as much as possible and should be able to have fun. A few things have been broken for a while now. A few games where you can win tickets to get prizes,some kiddie rides and different video games. A decent place to kill time with the kids on...
