Read moreIt was fitting to have poke as the last meal on island. Yes, I could’ve gone other directions but I wanted the one thing that makes me ALWAYS miss Oahu and that’s the incredible poke. For me, it was the perfect size and the ratio between rice and fish was spot on. The flavor of the lava flow sauce was beautiful and pairs perfect with the white rice. There were so many other choices that I wanted to try out but time…oh time always gets me. Never enough hours in a day BUUUUUTTTTT if your live on the island, there’s no excuse! Go try all the different flavors and tell me which is your fave because, K Bay bros has quickly become my...

I had the Hawaiian and Rainbow fresh poke. Both were very good, but the Hawaiian was fantastic. I would definitely go back. Which I did ten minutes later... Addendum... I would eat it three meals a day, which is what the counter girl...
