Earls is great local plate lunch. I tend to like the sandwiches, and if you get in before 8 am they will make you a custom sandwich(I get the fish/egg combo) and its so much better hot off the grill! They also carry a few bakery goods from Standard Bakery, which is one of the Big Island secrets for yummy baked treats.
