Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Hawaii

I wish I could give NO STARS. I'M SHOCKED at how rude, arrogant, unwelcoming, unpleasant, disrespectful and poorly trained in customer service some people are that too when someone's trying to be nice and friendly to them being a customer. Please teach your employees how to communicate with their clients especially and most importantly the supervisor, her language is downright pedestrian and hard to understand (miss manager you are working at a business where people pay for what you're selling, not at your own residence where you can boss around whoever comes through the door). I'm from Canada and I've been across most of the United States and this was the worst interaction thus far in this country. it's just sad how people who hate their jobs spoil others' vacations in such a beautiful place by just being unnecessarily extremely rude. I come here all the time as I live in the neighborhood and I do enjoy both the service and the food. The food is the standard of what you wood expect from Jack in the box and it always comes hot hot hot from this place. The service is top notch in my opinion and although there are not always smiles there are at least kind words and friendly order takers. On the extremely rare occasion there is an error they fix it rather quickly and apologize with haste. Anytime you need a quick meal and don't mind fast food 10/10...
