Subway — Restaurant in Hawaii

I ordered a Buy one Get one Free Footlong in the APP. Now, from my understanding I am going to say that Subway has this National promo for about a week. I am disappointed because my order was canceled by the Restaurant?.?. I recieved an email from the Restaurant of the order being canceled and when I tried calling the Restaurant to get some type of clarification as to why? Nobody answered the phone? I called two times by the way. Anyways, I decided to drive to the restaurant in person and I got this excuse. Female worker named Ella looked like she was working alone. She just said that they did not honor the promotion/deal. Fine... I get it but, after looking at Recent complaints and complete disregard to good customer service and not honoring promos that Subway sets up for Franchises to follow I was a bit upset. I realize Franchise owners have staff issues to worry about food costs labor shortages etc..... but, that is the nature of the business that they choose to undertake and do. I wanted to give them 1 star but, I understand that this is their livelyhood. I hope the owners take these Comments seriously. Luckily my canceled order was saved. I ended up ordering from the Subway location on Hamakua in Kailua. I was happy to see that this store honored the promotion and did not cancel my order. The crew at the Kailua store greeted me and had my order ready and on time. Subway Corporate will get either a call an email or both. I choose not to order from this Restaurant in Waimanalo in the future and I hope the staff here in Waimanalo improve for their sake. Honor your customers and treat them well. Good Luck...

This Subway®Restaurant has a great locale, as part of a mini mall, with good neighbors, such as Jack-in-the-Box®, Ken's Plate Lunch, Ohana's (Karaoke Bar/Restaurant), Waimanalo Laundromat, and a 76 Station. Located on Kalanianaole Hwy., across from a 7/Eleven Store, (Times) Shina's Mkt., Waimanalo Feed Store, L&L Drive-In, and Waimanalo Pharmacy, you can take care of just about all your day's business in this 1 block radius, and stop and pick-up Subway® sandwiches and soft drinks to eat inside or out of the establishment, or carry home with you. The store itself is always immaculate, with a young friendly staff. They make your sandwich right in front of you @ the glass window/counter, letting you decide your choices from a varied selection of deli meats, turkey, cheese's, salad toppings and fresh long rolls, heated if you like. Restrooms are located a few steps away outside, down the open walkway and all businesses and ample parking are wheel chair accessible and keiki-friendly. Subway Corporate, I need you to contact me regarding an altercation I had at this store today. Ella the employee working today manually cancelled three of my in app purchases today. We drove to the restaurant to see what the error was, and we were confronted with Ella being extremely rude to me and my 10 year old daughter in front of multiple other customers. I have never been so offended, and humiliated in a service establishment as I was today at this Subway. Shame on you Ella, and the way you represented Subway today was abysmal.
