Subway — Restaurant in Hawaii

I’m giving it a 2 star because they put up a ‘be back on 30 minutes sign’ but did not open after. I waited 40 minutes, returned. Sign was still up, I wanted to go in and make my order, a guy showed up for his call in order and received it. At the first opportunity I asked about walk in the guy said they won’t open until the orders are finished, but wouldn’t say when. Basically saying order online is the only way to get food from there. They could have just put up a sign for not taking walk-ins. It would have saved me 40 minutes of unnecessary waiting. I haven’t eaten my food yet but I hope it’s worth the long wait. Located right off of busy Kuhio highway it is your typical small Subway shop. However, apparently they didn't know the new rules about using EBT in the state of Hawaii since the Maui fires occurred. The new directive says that you are allowed to purchase cold and hot food at food establishments. So I didn't really eat there I went over to Costco where I was able to buy a hot cooked chicken...
