Subway — Restaurant in Hawaii

Worst Subway I've ever been to. We live around the corner and have had at least 10 experiences where we head to Subway to pick up dinner only to realize they closed an hour early. Their store hours mean absolutely nothing...they close at least 30-45 minutes early every single today. This evening, my wife went to pick up dinner for me and our children and they closed an hour and a half early. Subway down the street (next to Safeway) is always the backup plan and is ALWAYS open. The owner of this Hui Iwa location must hate money because he lets his employees ALWAYS close & lock their doors right before or DURING dinner hours. The other Subways in the area told us that they get a lot of new customers because the Hui Iwa location always closes early and forces customers to drive down the street to their location. If your business hours say you're open until 7:30PM, that means you serve EVERYONE who walked inside the building before 7:30PM...you don't turn off the 'Open' sign 45 minutes early so you can clean and rush out the door at...

Today March 4th around 1pm I went in as a delivery driver. The woman who was making my order first lied to me and told me that I had both items in the bag. When I asked her abt it bc they weren’t both in the bag, she said oh I actually called the customer to tell him that they were out of the cookie. She actually lied to me, never called the customer. Never in my days as a delivery driver have I ever been lied to like this. This person should be fired. I could have called my customer who already paid for his food n offered another item. This is the WORST subway ever. I tried ordering on the app, the app glitches out and said my order couldn’t be placed at this time, so I went in and ordered. At some point, when I got better WiFi, I guess the app reordered the sandwiches I JUST went in and bought.
