I called in my order well in advance. I was told it would be ready in 30mins. I showed up 40 mins later and after I paid, the cashier said" one second let me find it for you" After looking around and then walking to the back, (which I noticed him asking the lady in the back) he came back out and said" oh your order will be ready in 7 mins" I let him know that I did not have time to wait as I was on limited time due to my lunch break, that was why I called in my order. He very rudely replied" I said it will be ready in 7 mins" At this point I got irritated, not only because he was asking me to wait even longer but that he acted like it was my fault for being on a time schedule. I simply asked for a refund. They begrudgedly gave me my refund and I left. Not only did this make me late but I had to order Door Dash because I had to go back to work. On a side note, I would not eat here in the future, their cabinets were filthy, disorganized and none of the employees were wearing masks. I'm not too caught up on the no masks but I think it is required for indoor spaces currently. Especially if you are serving food or preparing food. Read moreI’ve noticed some issues with this Mountain Mike’s location that really need attention. First, the rewards system on the app doesn’t seem to work properly. We expected to receive points for purchases made through the app, but this is now the second time we’ve checked and no points were credited. It feels misleading, and someone should look into whether the system is outdated or not functioning as promised.
Second, the location itself doesn’t feel safe. Parking here is uncomfortable, which makes it less inviting to stop by and pick up an order.
As for the service, the staff in person were kind and polite, and I want to acknowledge that. However, there are a few major concerns. Phone orders can be difficult to place because of communication challenges, which also slows down the process. Additionally, this franchise feels very stingy with basic items—napkins, plates, and sauces were only given when specifically requested. These are things that should come standard without customers having to ask.
Finally, the food quality was disappointing. The pineapple barbecue chicken pizza we ordered was dry, overcooked, and lacked flavor. Overall, the experience was not good, and I would not recommend this location or return...

Was trying to explain that the coupon wasn’t able to be input online and that was my reason for calling it in and he kept repeating those are for online only I don’t know what to tell you. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he responded “I am” when I asked him if he was the supervisor he then changed his tune and said he would take my coupon but had an attitude while I was again giving the order based on the coupon offer. In the end I decided to cancel my order as he was being extremely difficult and rude, unprovoked.
