I was thinking of visiting Brayz for a fabulous burger that I haven’t had since I was a kid. However, I recently had a change of heart. When the owner blamed the Warren police for what happened to his place of business. Our men and women uniform risk their lives everyday to protect people like you and I. If Warren did not catch the perpetrators, they may have use the gun they found in the car on innocent people. Sir, they could have used it at your business or on another innocent victim man, woman or child. Unfortunately, being that you can’t see past yourself, your business and your money. I would not expect you to think of others. There could have been a kidnapping victim, a child, a person held at gun point in that car. You, unfortunately can only think yourself. Sir you have insurance that will cover all of your loses for the days you are closed and repairs are being done. You’re getting paid regardless. God forbid if you need help at your business, please don’t call the police, for a more peaceful approach you may want to call a Social Worker. So much for Mr. Nice Guy,...
Read moreIts a Detroit staple, the cheese sliders are as always gut busting and comforting to say the least and I’m always satisfied with what I order, as a kid, I used to stop here with my stepdad on our way home after taking a bike ride to my grandpas which was a few blocks away. We would sit at the dive bar and Ernie (my stepdad) would order a 30 cheese sliders, (25 to go and 5 for there) I would eat 2 and he would heat 3. They were awesome. We would take the rest home for the rest of the family and us for later. And make sure they also put it in a plastic bag because the paper bags would fall apart from all the grease. lol. It was so cheap he payed 15 dollars for 30 cheese and onion sliders. As of recent he has passed away but almost every time I went upnorth to visit him I would bring him up some brays. He loved it. Nowadays it’s too much or would give 5 stars but it’s super expensive and not really worth it for cheap fast food greasy spoon sliders, you could dine in at a family restaurant for what you would pay there. All n all I say it’s...
Read moreToday I placed a call in order for two double cheeseburgers after work today and unbeknownst to me this restaurant is cash only. It would've been nice to be informed of the cash only policy upon placing the phone order. After arriving then not being able to receive my food due to me not having cash on hand, I had the clever idea of placing the order through UberEATS and I did. I left out of the store sat in my car and replaced my phone in order through the UberEATS app. After placing the order I returned inside the store and was told they gave the food away to the guy who was waiting for his food, then when I asked if I could get my burgers free due to the inconvenience Alex and the other gentleman who works the counter gave me major attitude and told me absolutely not.
Moving forward please tell your customers that you're a cash only merchant.
I was not offered any apologies for my inconveniences.
I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS...
