i originally went to the taco bell on 8 mile and ryan the line was long so i decided to try this taco bell . when i arrived there was 3 cars in front of mine. the drive thru is very narrow so once you're in there's no getting out. with only 3 cars in front of me i was sitting in line for 35 minutes before i decided to get out. i'm pregnant, it's 90 degrees and i had my 3 yr old autistic daughter with me. during the 35 minute wait my daughter started to have spasms and i have to use the bathroom. i decided to get out the car walk pass the 3 car ahead of me and ask to speak to a manager. i'm explaining to him that i've been sitting in the car for 40 minutes in line and i can't get out of line because of the way the drive way is made. the person at the window is also upset and complaining about the 40 minute she had to wait again once your in line there is nothing you can do . the manager was very rude, did not care at all,he told me he was in the middle of shift change and walked away and turned his back . i proceeded to ask him for his name and store number. he then tells me he does not have to give me his name or store number , told me IM HOLDING UP THE LINE AND told the girl at the window to close the window . no type compassion or customer service. i could not believe what i just experienced. i'm so glade i got off the phone with my sister to record how rude they were because look at the young lady putting up the peace sign up after she closed the window midway of me talking. when i got back to my car my daughter was in full meltdown and still has to sit in wait for another 10 minutes. now for a total of 50 minutes i have been stuck pregnant with a autistic child in full meltdown in 90 degree weather at 10 pm at night, HUNGRY and we both have to use the bathroom. i never ordered in food after they were being rude and close the window in my face. safe to say we both had an accident and i will be taking this to cooperate!!! i go home get me and my child situated , i go back to the taco bell on 8 mile and ryan ..its 3 cars ahead of me. i was in the line for about 5 min. i ask them for the store number of the taco bell on 9 mile . Read moreMy family walked in and as we walked up to counter to place our order 2 employees were yelling at each other in the cooking area. The. 2 didn't seem to care that the there were many families in there eating with young children. It didn't seem like anyone had control if tge employees. However I want to acknowledge the young lady Janette for trying to get the attention off the unruly coworkers. She was great! I had nacho fries with my order when I opened my cheese it was less then half full so I went to the counter to inquire about getting more and a young guy addressed me from side of the counter he was basically in the dinning room asked me " what I needed?" I said I need more cheese for my fries this cup isn't even half full. His response was you only get 2 pumps for fries!! First off no where does it say it and secondly I don't believe that cup had 2 pumps because I don't use a lot of the cheese and it was gone after a quarter of the fries were gone. So I responded with then I'll buy a side! This employee was now by the pop machine and my husband and I were talking about how there wasn't that much cheese in that cup when the same employee said "there were 2 pumps in there" No one was even talking to him at that point he had no reason to say anything or continue to be disrespectful to me! My next call is going to be to cooperate. You shouldn't have a store with so many disrespectful people working in it! Props to the one's who keep there composure during the time...

Taco Bell of my life from here… ordered on Uber eats … they LITERALLY just threw a bunch of ingredients together randomly in a bag. I’m mind blown about it… p.s. I’m not being a Karen…. I don’t mean that some items were wrong, or they forgot my sauce… I literally mean they just threw random ingredients in the bag. Not even remotely resembling menu items. I ended up feeding it to my dog. Good thing Uber refunded me, but I defiantly won’t ever order from there again. Or even go in person tbh because I just don’t trust food from a place like this.
Edit: also totally forgot until my girlfriend just reminded me that about a year ago we went through the drive through and one of the workers gave us free food in exchange for her phone number…asked for it right in front of me . at the time we didn’t care, we were all for it for like $60 of free food, and I wasn’t too offended because I mean … he works at Taco Bell drive through lmao, (her little sister was with us too) but some people might find that super offensive, especially for a fast food service worker lol.
