Sizzlin Grill — Restaurant in Hazelwood

Tried this place out because it had good reviews. My time here was ok. I wasn’t really impressed with anything except maybe the honey bbq wings. The garlic wings were about a 5/10. The French fries were ok, a little salty for me. Also had the steak rice bowl, that was also a 5/10. Did not have any flavor and the whole dish was dry, and to top off the steak being dry, it was tough as well. The girl working the register was kind and knowledgeable about the food. The restaurant was clean and had clean restrooms also. Maybe I just caught them on an off night, because everyone else seems to be really happy with this place. I think it’s one of those places I might have to give it a second chance sometime. Try it...

From Indianapolis and husband wanted steak while in St. Louis. Sizzlin Grill had great reviews so we went. Obvious carryout is 99.9% of their business but we were well taken care of. Hubby's Tbone and my ribeye were seasoned well and cooked as ordered. Delicious and both were juicy and tender. Green beans were wonderful as were my baked potato and husband's onion rings. Mannnnnn! Fire🔥 First of all let's just discuss the honey hot flavor wings! Cooked nice and crispy and just messy enough to make you have to lick your fingers a smidge! Mmmmm, Then I ordered a salad instead of fries... when I got home and put the wings on the plate and I turned my salad on to the plate. It was perfectly placed with all the toppings on top.
