1st, i dont want to totally Bash this place Because its has Amazing Potential. As u may see i have alot of Reviews and Usually Mine will be up Top due to the Popularity of My Views. 2nd. I ordered a The Bbq Burger(It was called something else but cant remember) My issues, Patty was Thin and falling apart. I Ordered Bacon with it. Nevered Got it. Fries couldn't fill my Daughter ( Like 6 or 7 fries LITERALLY) 3rd. My Wife Got the Gourmet Grilled Cheese, It smelled like Nail Polish Remover or something Paint related, Like yall msy used a new Skillet etc and the fumes from the paint or bottom of pan bleed into the Grill Cheese. Pretty Gross and Off Bad. 4th, My Wife order a Banana Split and it comes out on a saucer??? Who does that?? Ice Cream was melted and it was on a Saucer. ? Lol. Making a mess. In closing because base on the other reviews the Owner is very Active in responding to Reviews, good and bad. Other issues, only 1 Waitress, couldn't get a Refill, Ur Food Quality is ur Bread and Butter in a 1 Horse town like Heavner Ok. U GOT TO KNOCK IT OUT THE PARK EVERY CHANCE U GET. U wont get crazy volume from the town but u can get loyalty from Quality food. REPEAT CUSTOMERS is ur Only Chance. I think ur Bake Goods may be Good looking at the Case up front but i wasn't going to give u anymore of my Money. OVERALL THOUGH, THIS COULD BE A GOOD OLE SMALL TOWN CAFE WITH BETTER QUALITY. I had the grilled pork chops, mashed potatoes (made with butter), white gravy made from real skillet roux, green beans cooked with onions and bacon and some type of wonderful seasoning. I also ordered jalapeno fries.... damn those were good. They had a wonderful batter and seasoning.

My girlfriend had pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, fried taters and a biscuit. She said everything was wonderful and she's a Foodie type.

All their bread is made fresh and onsite.

If you believe butter is a central ingredient to great home cooking you need to eat here. If not.... what the hell is wrong with you? You must have been dropped as a child.

The waiter was her husband and a funny ol' fart. He has a real sense of humor.

my niece ordered a cake from maamaw b for my daughter baby shower cake. my niece confirmed this with her thru text. cake would be ready at 6 this morning . my daughter showed up at 1030 to pick the cake up it wasnt finshed. they told her to come back in 30 minutes. my daughter showed up at 11 no cake at 1130 she delivered a cake it was terrible you can tell that it is thrown together. She told me she knew this morning she wasn't going to have the cake done due to workers not showing up and what did i expect a free cake. i paid 116.00 for something i think my daughter could do.
