Happiness Within — Restaurant in Helper

Stopped in on a roadtrip and it’s a very cute location/coffee shop. It was a confusing experience. They were either out of most hot breakfast food options or unable to prepare them. Some options were still in the freezer. It wasn’t clear why exactly hot foods couldn’t be prepared- the barista mentioned that she didn’t want to start the oven because she didn’t want it to start on fire. I got a bagel and asked if they had a toaster. She said that bagels don’t fit in the toaster, but that she could maybe try and smash it in there. I asked if it could just be cut in half and then toasted and she said, “I guess”. She did mention that she went to bed at 4 am, so maybe that’s why this particular experience was off for us. This was a beautiful coffee shop! Delicious espresso. The mocha is my favorite because it's not too sweet. Stopped here on our way back from Joe's Valley Reservoir. The beautiful town makes it still awesome to visit because you can walk down main street with your coffee. Found this place just because of the freeway sign and it was easy to get to just based off of signs without needing a navigation app. It's right on Main Street. Definitely will be stopping again when I pass through! The barista also heated my almond milk to the perfect temp without burning it. Definitely worth the little bit of extra time to visit this coffee shop instead of a chain. Happiness Within is also really accommodating to the current COVID19 precautions with a phone number you can call and order from posted...

With limited options for visiting a small town, Happiness Within in Helper, UT was a great find! You walk into a cozy coffee shop with beautiful brick walls decorated with creative artwork.

As a dog owner, I really appreciate that they are dog-friendly, which makes it a perfect spot for me and my furry friend.

The drinks are exceptional, with an expansive menu, tailoring to various preferences. The Charlie Brown is a delightful blend of rich chai and caramel flavors, and the Angel Matcha is perfectly crafted with a hint of lavender. Both drinks are a must-try!

Whether you're a local or just passing through, Happiness Within is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be coming back when I drive...
