If I could give 0 stars I promise I would. First of all Victor was very nice but let me tell you about Gabriella! I was charged TWICE for a meal there and didn't find out until I checked my bank statement about a week later. I called the restaurant and it was explained to me that there was a problem with their debit card machine and multiple people were charged twice but if I came in and showed them my bank statement they would have me sign a form and refund me my money. I was not upset because I know these things happen. Fast forward to today. The minute I walked in Gabriella was RUDE and kept repeating "We didn't charge you twice!" even after I showed Victor my bank statement. And then she proceeded to blame my bank and that they needed to refund me. I asked her then why was I told over the phone to come in?? She just kept repeating "We didn't charge you twice it's your banks fault". How!?!?!?!?!? No other charges were twice but for this restaurant!! So how!?!?!?! I then told her that they should at least apologize for the inconvenience because what if that was all the money I had left for the week?? She then said to me "Why would I apologize for something we didn't do so I'm not". I cannot BELIEVE how poor her customer service was especially for a mistake on their part. Read moreA few days ago we went to Castanedas ordered 3 burritos and two of them were the California burritos. We got home to find out that both burritos had burnt fries in them. I called and complained and they said to hold on to the burritos and bring them tonight or tomorrow with my receipt which we never got. She said okay as long as you can show us the fries are burnt then we will go ahead and make you fresh burritos. Mind you we waited in the drive thur with only 2 cars ahead of us for 30 mins!!!
I brought the burritos the next day. She showed them to the lady in the back who I guess is the chef. She said she can’t make us burritos because they have been eaten??? Yeah we ate some until we notice it had burnt Fries and opened them up to try to pull them out, but it got to be ridiculous and didn’t eat them. She said sorry the lady in the back said no. I asked her if I can talk to her? She said no. I said can I speak to your manager or the owner? She said sry no she’s not here. I said okay I will be talking to the owner thank you. Her name is Rozie. Owner name is Gaby.
Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. I’m tired of this place and how cheap they want to be. I paid $32 for 3 burritos definitely overpriced. I’m not one to complain but this is the second incident I’ve had with them.

Read moreMy husband likes to come here but I don’t. Food occasionally is good but still overpriced for the quality given overall. We’ve ordered here a number of times and it was okay to my standard. Today just confirmed to me why I don’t like this place. One of our orders was missing and my husband specifically asked the person at the window if she had given all our food and said “yes” Come to find when we get home something is missing, so my busy had to drive all the way back.
Also I checked my food, #11 two fish tacos and rice and beans. DO NOT EVER ORDER THAT …. the taco shells were stale partially wet, lettuce inside not even fresh and best part hardly was any fish in the taco to call it a fish taco,,, it was mostly the batter of the fish that was in the taco fried.
