I'm torn. The place was nice and clean, but the service and product was just ok.. We walked in, no greeting. Okay, no big deal. We walked to the ice cream display so the kids can see the flavor options and the older lady along with the young boy seemed to want to rush us to pick our items, pay and leave. We were the only customers in the store at the time. It was a little disconcerting. We asked for some time so then kids could see all the options before deciding. not even a minute later and we were asked again so I ordered the esquite, fresas con crema, mangonada, to give the kids more time. Thankfully that worked out and the kids picked their flavors. Oreo, strawberry (cream based), pineapple and mango. The oreo tasted off,not creamy and very light in flavor. Same with the strawberry ice cream. The esquite was delicious and I would get it again. Mangonada was just ok. I’m only putting one star because it forces me to put a star, but I can’t stand seeing all these reviews of how lovely the staff is because yes they are, but let me tell you about ownership. In the winter when it’s cold ownership has no problem with cutting hours and days without asking the employee how they feel about it however, in the summer God forbid the employee gets sick because they make it seem like it is the end of the world trying to make you feel guilty and irresponsible for having to call off. Not even because it is a FOOD established & shouldn’t have ANY sickness whatsoever. I understand people are going to eat here but if you’re looking to apply here please don’t. They target the young generation as well because they know that they will not...

We've decided that going to the location off of Florida is worth the extra little drive. This one's alright, but the servers always act like they don't want to deal with you. They used to let it be that you could order a half and half single scoop, but for whatever reason decided to end that? Plus, after going to the one off of Florida, we realized these guys really skimp on blending flavors together. The other one has actual chunks of cookie or fruit in generous portions, while the Esplanade location is like half of that. Always make that extra bit of drive for the other location if you're local, get more bang for your buck instead of settling for less at...
