Blazed Utopia — Local services in San Jacinto

To the owners and management of Blazed Utopia. I'm sure being owners and operators of a business, you are aware of liability. The security guard working at the San Jacinto location is a loose cannon of liability for the company. I was parked out of the way of everyone, in an area with no red lines, no "no parking" signs posted waiting for my friend to make a purchase. Your "security guard" came to my vehicle and started barking orders and demands at me to move. As stated there weren't any "no parking" signage or markings anywhere, I was not blocking anyone or vehicles. Since I didn't bow down to his unprofessionalism and demands he proceeded to bash my window multiple times and curse at me. Again I saw no problem, yet he was clearly on an ego power trip. He continued his "unprofessional" language which resulted in zero compliance. Once he figured out I wasn't going to submit to his nonsense, he ran inside and made a scene in the store and demanded the cashier not let my friend make a purchase. The only reason I moved 5 feet to another area was out of respect for my friend, not him. He looked like he has slept in his clothes for three weeks, and was very unpresentable. Who is he to be barking orders and hitting customer's windows? Who is to take him serious to begin with....no one.

Again, he is a loose cannon of liability for the owners of the establishment, it is a matter of when not if, that he brings all kinds of negative attention to the establishment. He is writing checks the owners are gonna have to cash one day. One day a person may not be as calm as I was.

Guy is playing unnecessary parking attendant, instead of watching the activity in the store. He spent a lot of time distracted over nothing.

There's always the store across the street that would gladly accept your customers money and not have to deal with...

When u think of a place to get good product that is reasonable in price, and good in quality blazed utopia is it, the shop is clean and MOST of the tenders are amazing( shout out to the ones who do their job with a smile)they would of kept their 5 star rating with me if not for today, i have PTSD and the unprofessionalism and just plain rude behavior from the quote unquote manager today was just ridiculous, it all started a few months ago when they started showing just how much drama was tied up in the shop, i spoke with Ishmael about it, but to find out from security he was lying too, it went from getting my product and telling them what i had planned for the day to listening to multiple employees complain about other staff and management but again the product is good so I kept going and said nothin... today what caused them to get upset my snake! (which I think is crazy being that she does not go on the floor nor on their counters she stays in my hand at all times and has come in with me on many occasions) so David the security guard takes me to this very small sign on a conter and says I can't bring her in .. now that is fine, but i asked them wouldn't that pertain to an animal that is on the floor that could hurt someone if not trained properly? Or shed and leave fur which my snake has none of, anyways after the last few incidents I've told myself I'm not going back but the problem was always fixed by management well today management made me say f that place I'm not coming back she then so rudely said u said that before!! And she is a manager? Most people who go to a dispensary need to be there for one reason or another and today she treated me like I was some person on the street she didn't like and it made me snap, very...

UPDATE: 9/28/25 I called about a specific product. The ID 10 T on the phone said..."oh yeah we got that. However when I get there they haven't had it in a long time. Yo...that's called putting on the sales cap when the customer service cap was needed. No biggie...just an hours rude down the mountain for nothing. I needed an ounce as well. However I refuse to buy from dishonest sales folks. Who knows what would leave with! Have to drop the stars. Too many other choices now. Thank you Blazed Utopia for the gallon of fuel and hours waste of time. Each way. I cannot recommend this kind of service to my friends here in Idyllwild CA. MEGA-MART selection with lots to choose from in every category and price range. More importantly, if you have an issue at the store the management works diligently to resolve it from a recurrence. This Dispensary has come along way and is dedicated to being one of the best. Update: 1/16/22...🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 GREAT CLONES... I bought and green housed, 6 clones ("3-Weddimg Cake" & 3-Julius Ceasar Strains") in October 2021. 86 days later I harvested all six mature flowering plants and was blessed with an average of 3 ounces per plant for a total of more than 18 ounces of FLOWER. The Julius Caesar is MEGA-YUMMY with a "TOP-SHELF flavor that is sweet and dreamy. The Wedding Cake produced thick, dense flowers that have the "A" typical Wedding Cake flavor kind of sweet yet with a dark OG overtone. Recently (I bought 6 more clones about a week ago and ONE OF THE SIX simply did not do well in the transition while the other 5 flourished. I returned it to the store and the store Management REPLACED IT. 👍👌💪 I WILL CONTINUE TO BUY CLONES HERE! I recommend...
