I've dealt with several flooring contracter/installers over the years, and I have to admit this was the best experience from start to finish I've ever experienced. The customer service provided by Gelis was excellent and she was very communicative throughout the entire job. The initial estimate I received was thoroughly detailed and sent for me to review. There were some slight modifications necessary and they were handled quickly via text, email, or phonecall. Gelis is very knowledgeable about the products and installation procedures and was able to answer most of my questions immediately. There were some questions about the grout I selected (newly released product) and Gelis contacted the Manufacturer Rep to get the answers to my questions. Carlos was very friendly and they always kept a clean and organized work space. Carlos started the install on the scheduled date and the job was completed in a reasonable timeframe. This company is very efficient and the support Gelis provides is what keeps them efficient since spending time communicating and identifying concerns prior to the job starting results in the job running smoothly. We recently had vinyl laminate and tile installed in our home and the service we received from Carlos and his crew at Vega's Flooring Innovations was outstanding. Not only was the their price good but the work they did and their customer service was the best we have received in a long time and we are very happy with the whole experience. Everyday they showed up on time and were very kind and courteous to us and everyday they cleaned up any messes even when I told them they didn't need to do that until they were finished with the job. And we were in a huge time crunch to get the floors in and Hailey was able to squeeze us in and we made our deadline and for that we are very thankful to Hailey and Carlos. And Hailey was great helping us choose the floor that was best for us and showed us many samples and explained everything in detail. Short and sweet: DONT BUY FROM THE BIG BOX STORES BEFORE YOU COME HERE! I came in yesterday to purchase my flooring and received 5 star service and prices that will save hundreds or thousands in comparison.

More detail: after being unsatisfied with the flooring from Home Depot, Floor and Decor and Lowe’s, I saw the sales ad on Offer Up and called in. I spoke to Rogelia who gave me websites that I can view and research the flooring and she sent me a few pictures too. When I told her I was only going to purchase a small amount (about 200 sq ft) for my RV, it didn’t lower her level of service. Then when I went inside the store a few days later, she remembered me and worked with me for about 2 hours to get the perfect floor. She’s knowledgeable, helpful and super kind.
